One Learner, Big Impact: Bringing UWOC to GA

With support from United Women of Color, LIGHT Institute learner Cassenda Nelson has brought her passion project to life—launching our first pantry in Georgia. Inspired to support low-income families in her hometown of Camilla, GA, she created a space that now provides essential food and hygiene items to the community.
