Happy 99th Birthday to Opal Lee, Grandmother of Juneteenth!

Opal Lee’s birthday is October 7th! To honor her, we gathered to send cards and a joyful 99th birthday message to the incredible “Grandmother of Juneteenth.” Volunteer Sue baked a delicious cake for the occasion, and we enjoyed sharing photos and memories from Opal’s inspiring 2022 visit.
