The LIGHT Institute, which stands for Leaders Inspiring Growth Harmony and Transformation, will be a three phase training program that will empower change makers, organizers, leaders, and volunteers with the ability to strengthen and protect the community against psychological warfare and help facilitate community care. The LIGHT Institute equips emerging leaders with the necessary resources to become influential community leaders and advocates for positive change.

The LIGHT Institute will be in 3 phases:

Phase 1: April 24th and 25th

Phase 2: June 12th and June 13th

Phase 3: August 14th and 15th

Graduation: August 21st
