Teaching For Black Lives Session 6 (Invite Only)

The purpose of the “Teaching for Black Lives”, course offered by UWOC, is to promote the educational philosophy that Black lives matter as pedagogy and as an effort of radical inclusion. It seeks to help educators create equitable, antiracist learning environments by providing them with resources to teach Black history, experiences, and systemic racism honestly and compassionately. Led by: Stephanie Gilmore, Ph.D., Education and Development Specialist, UWOC.

The first class will be held from January to June. We will be hosting a second class from July to December of 2026. Click here to apply for the second cohort!
